Bernice is a corporate lawyer in our Corporate and Transactions team. Her main area of practice include domestic and cross-border mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, private equity transactions and general corporate advisory.

Bernice regularly advises venture capital firms, funds, family offices and startups in Series A and subsequent funding rounds. She is also familiar with representing fund managers of private equity funds in the set-up of funds structures including the variable capital companies in Singapore.

Bernice also acts for corporate clients across a broad spectrum of industries on their regulatory and compliance matters and was a contributing author to the Singapore chapter on Corporate Governance for the International Comparative Legal Guide 2018 (11th Edition).
